You need to do a warmup every time before you start doing gymnastics or breakdancing. Theres lots of ways to warm up like just jogging on the spot and doing star jumps or try to reach your toes without bending your legs try doing them before you start.


The point of the warming up is to loosen up all your muscles and joints. if you didn't do the warmup you will probably get pain in your mucles the next day or two.
