The back roll is a baic gymnastic move to do this sit down on the floor so that your knees are near your chest but not touching and your feet slightley apart from eachother then tuck your head in so that your chin in touching your chest and then push yourself backwards and you will roll then get back up on your feet i suggest to do this on soft surface.
